- Data related to local pages and Google profiles (content provided by the User).

- Execution of the contract for the provision of Visiora services.
- Legitimate interest of Visiora for the improvement and security of the service.
- Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
- Visitor consent when entering data via the chatbot.

- Provision and operation of Visiora services.
- Management of User accounts and subscriptions.
- Transmission of client requests to the relevant User.

Article 6 – Data Collected via Chatbot
Data entered by End Clients via the chatbot is collected solely for the purpose of transmitting a contact request to the relevant professional User. Visiora acts as a technical subcontractor. The User is solely responsible for the subsequent processing of this data and its compliance with GDPR.
Article 7 – Files and Transmitted Content
When the chatbot allows file transfer (photos, documents), Visiora hosts this content for technical purposes only. Visiora does not control the transmitted content. The User agrees not to collect sensitive or illicit data and to respect applicable regulations.
Article 8 – Data Recipients
Personal data may be accessible to the following recipients:
- The professional User receiving a request via their local page.
- Visiora's technical providers (hosting, emailing, payment).
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Administrative or judicial authorities when required by law.
Article 9 – Third-Party Services
Visiora relies on third-party services such as Google Business Profile, cloud hosts, and payment solutions. These services have their own privacy policies. Visiora cannot be held responsible for processing carried out directly by these third parties.
Article 10 – Retention Period
- User account data: duration of the subscription, then 90 days after termination.
- Billing data: mandatory legal retention.
- Data from chatbot: retained according to the professional User's choices.
- Technical logs: maximum duration of 12 months.
Article 11 – Data Security
Visiora implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. However, no security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
